Particle spheroidizing technology and equipment:a review

Abstract:Typical particle spheroidization methods,such as high temperature plasma melting method,direct current arc plasma method,radio frequency induction plasma method,gas combustion flame method and other high temperature methods,as well as high velocity airflow impact spheroidization methods of ACM airflow vortex pulverizing and spheroidizing,HYB pulverizing and spheroidizing,Faculty S spheroidizing,NETZSCH GYRHO system spheroidizing,and fusion spheroidizing technology were summarized.The application of particle spheroidizing equipment in natural graphite and artificial graphite processing,spherical quartz powder processing,spherical cement processing,spherical refractory metal powder processing were sketched out.It is put forward that in order to meet market needs of different fields,the research of particle spheroidization technology and equipment should develop towards standardization,specialization,independence,innovation,intelligence,and modernization.
