The copyright owner of the paper (hereinafter referred to as the author) voluntarily submitted the paper (manuscript number:               ). The copyright ofTitle name is authorized to the editorial department ofChina Powder Science and Technology(hereinafter referred to as the editorial department), and the relevant issues are clarified as follows:

1) The author of the paper voluntarily transfers their compilation rights, translation rights, printing and electronic reproduction rights, online dissemination rights, and distribution rights to the editorial department ofChina Powder Science and Technology. The author of the paper must not authorize others to use it in any form, but the author himself/herself may cite (or translate) some of the content of the paper in their subsequent works or compile it in a non-journal-collection of the author.

2) The author of the paper guarantees that the right of authorship of the paper is undisputable. If there is a dispute over the right of authorship, all responsibility shall be borne by the author of the paper.

3) The author of the paper guarantees that it is an original work and does not involve any disclosure issues. If any infringement or leakage occurs, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.

4) The author guarantees that there are no multiple submissions for this paper. If the editorial department discovers that the author’s paper has been submitted to more than one journals, the editorial department has the right to compensate for the losses caused to the editorial department by the author.

5) If the paper is not accepted, this authorization letter will automatically terminate upon the author receiving the rejection notice. If the author of the paper does not receive any notices from the editorial department on the handling of the paper within 2 months, the author can dispose the paper freely after declaring to the editorial department, and this authorization letter will automatically terminate.

6) After the paper is first published in a journal edited and published by the editorial department, according to the agreement at the time of submission, the digital reproduction rights, distribution rights, compilation rights, and information network dissemination rights of the paper will be transferred to the editorial department.

7) The matters specified in this authorization letter have been agreed by all authors.

8) If there are any changes in the author or organization of the author before the publication of the paper, the consents of all authors must be obtained and proof of consent from all original authors must be provided.

9) This authorization letter comes into effect from the date of signature.
