Abstract:In order to explore the relationship between the properties of recycled micro powder materials and the properties of concrete, the properties of recycled micro powder materials were characterized by XRD,XRF,SEM,laser particle size analysis, nitrogen adsorption method and Burt permeability method. The changes of compressive strength, carbonation resistance and frost resistance of concrete after adding recycled micro powder were studied. The results show that the recycled micro powder has large internal surface area, pore volume of 0.045 cm3/g,internal pore diameter of 2~5 nm,rough surface and large water absorption in concrete.Recycled micro powder has large particle size and low potential activity. It has micro aggregate effect and activity effect after being added into concrete. When recycled micro powder is added to the concrete, the carbonation resistance and compressive strength are reduced, but when the mass fraction is less than 20%,the compressive strength ratio of the concrete is not less than 0.7.The compressive strength and carbonation resistance of concrete mixed with fly ash or mineral powder are improved. When the mass ratio of mineral powder to recycled micro powder is 2∶1,the compressive strength and carbonation resistance of mixed soil are significantly improved. When the number of freeze-thaw cycles is small in the frost resistance test, the concrete mixed with recycled micro powder has better frost resistance, and the concrete mixed with mineral powder has better frost resistance as a whole.
