Abstract: In order to solve the problem of optimal mixing ratio of raw materials needed for multi-functional wood panels, the mixture of log powder, magnesium chloride, magnesium oxide and other additives were selected as the research objects under the appropriate external pressing conditions. The results show that by comparing and analyzing the results of orthogonal experiment, genetic algorithm and Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithm, the reliability of genetic algorithm is confirmed. Based on the actual situation, Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithm can screen the optimal results according to the preference of decision makers, and provide guarantee for adapting to the market environment in actual production, which has practical significance.
