Abstract: According to the working condition requirements of the crushing and grinding stage in the sample preparation, which the particle size of the original ore was between 10~<50 mm, the final particle size of the grinding is <0.074 mm, and the pass rate P0.074 must reach more than 90%, combined with the traditional 2C-HPGRB and Markov theory, a two-stage fully closed circuit broken Markov chain model was established, and then the crushing process program was optimized, taking tungsten sample as an example.The results show that 3 jaw breaks, 2 roll breaks return to ore and 40 min ore grinding are the best way to prepare a kind of tungsten ore sample, and the corresponding optimal grinding particle size is <0.5 mm.
