Abstract: In order to study the relevant factors that affect the skeleton density measurement of the gas volume displacement method, solutions to ensure high-precision measurement methods were proposed by discussing the influence of instrument calibration, measurement program settings, sampling volume, sample dryness, and microporous structure sample pretreatment methods on the measurement results. The results show that the repeatability of the above method for measuring skeleton density standard materials is 0.05%, the error is 0.01%, and the measurement accuracy is 0.01%. The skeleton density measurement scheme of the gas volume displacement method is characterized by the inert gas replacing the infiltration liquid to determine the discharged volume of the solid sample, which has higher measurement accuracy.
