Research progress of molecular imprinted nanomaterials

Abstract: The researches of molecular imprinting technology,nanomaterials and molecularly imprinted nanomaterials was summarized. The methods of molecular imprinting nano materials such as precipitation polymerization,surface molecularly imprinting,sol-gel polymerization,in situ polymerization and magnetic nanoparticle polymerization were summarized. The applications of molecularly imprinted nanomaterials in sample pretreatment,chromatography detection and nano molecularly imprinted sensors were summarized. It is believed that the combination of nanotechnology and molecular imprinting technology can break the shortcomings of traditional molecularly imprinted polymers. Molecularly imprinted nanomaterials have good selective specificity,higher binding ability,higher sensitivity and faster binding kinetics,and are widely used in proteins,blood and sensors. The problems to be solved in the research of nanostructured molecularly imprinted materials are put forward.
