Abstract:In order to avoid the pollution to the environment caused by the traditional Chinese herb residue, the technology of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) was used to recycle it in a resource-based way. According to the basic characteristics of Chinese herb residue, the industrial solution of stored in mixing bin-filtered by mechanical pressure-dried by solar thermal energy in greenhouse-burned by circulating fluidized bed boiler was selected, and important burning process data was analyzed at the same time, including boiler design parameters, bed pressure control parameters, change trend of temperature in boiler furnace and tail flue with moisture content of herb residue, the effective measure of adding ash to adjust burning process, the environmental indicators and so on. Finally, benefits of this Chinese herb residue treatment were evaluated. The results show that Chinese herb residue is burned as bio-fuel in CFB boiler and produce steam for herb extraction producing, forming a reasonable closed recycle well.
