Preparation and characterization of bamboo composite anti-glare panel

Abstract:In order to prepare the composite material that meets the requirement of anti-glare panel of highway,two kinds of reinforce composite factors,sintered epoxy resin powder and nano-corundum powder,were added into the bamboo powder to prepare the bamboo composite material,and its yield strength,water absorption rate,fracture morkhology,corrosion resistance and weather resistance were analyzed.The result show that when the content of epoxy resin powder and nano-corundum powder are 9.8% and 8% respectively,the static bending strength of bamboo composite specimens reach 81.73 MPa and the water absorption rate is 0.63%,the fracture morphology is dense and had ductile fracture characteristics.Soaked in 10% NaOH solution and 30% H2SO4 solution for 168 h,no wrinkling,bubbling,cracking,softening,dissolving and other phenomena occur,and it has reached the corrosion resistance requirements.The thermal weight loss performance of the test piece is better than that of the warm compression blank of pure bamboo powder,and its free water volatilization temperature is as high as 82 ℃,which has good adaptability to the summer high temperature environment of the expressway.
