Design of ultra-fine powder cleaning valve bag packaging machine

Abstract: Aiming at the current problems of flying dust, low efficiency, serious material waste and low packaging accuracy in the domestic ultra-fine powder packaging process, a design scheme of a ultra-fine powder cleaning valve bag packaging machine was proposed. A single-station twin-screw mechanism was designed, combined with auxiliary mechanisms such as negative pressure extraction and filling mouth inflated gasbag, to achieve the cleaning of the ultra-fine powder valve pocket filling process. At the same time, the bag-removing, bag-feeding, bag-transporting, and bag-sealing mechanisms were designed, and solid modeling was performed through 3D solid software to build an overall solution for ultra-fine powder automated packaging. This design scheme realizes mechanical automation and improves the overall efficiency of the ultra-fine powder packaging system.
