Cleaning performance of built-in cone pleated cartridge filter

Abstract: In order to investigate the cleaning performance of built-in cone filter cartridge, on the self-built pulse-jet experimental table,the peak pressure value of Φ380 mm×990 mm built-in cone pleated cartridge filter by pressure test system was measured at the condition of different injection hole diameters, injection distances and injection pressures.The results show that it is possible to realize the optimum design in a built-in cone filter cartridge when the pulse pressure is 0.5 MPa, the injection distance is 200 mm, and the injection aperture is 35 mm.At this condition,the peak pressure along the length of inner wall of filter cartridge 150, 500, 850 mm,are 2 399.6, 1 798.8, 1 224.3 Pa, respectively.Along the length of filter cone 150, 350, 575 mm, the peak pressure are 1 030.4, 2 156.5, 1 104.4 Pa.
