Abstract: In order to optimize the grinding process of the roller rod mill, the main factors affecting the grinding performance were selected. The dimensional analysis method was used to describe the grinding characteristics. Combined with the experimental data, a multi-objective optimization model of the grinding process was established. The algorithm solves the Pareto solution set, and uses the TOPSIS method to find the optimal solution of many targets, and analyzes the results. The results show that after multi-objective optimization, the rod mill yield is increased by 5.46%, the energy utilization rate is increased by 5.04%, and the homogenization index of the grinding product is increased by 1.088, which effectively improves the overall performance of the roller rod mill.
