Abstract: In order to solve the problems of traceability of bubble point method and consistency and accuracy of measurement results, a standard device is developed to develop two reference materials for bubble point method. The results show that the problem of traceability of working grade bubble point porometry is solved, and the two reference materials are made of sintered porous metal, with the nominal pore-size of 5 and 15 μm, respectively. The uncertainties both are 4.3%, k=2. As the first metrological standard for bubble point method, the standard device and reference materials can provide accurate and reliable support for production development and quality control of filter materials industry.
