Abstract: In order to improve the surface morphology of the film, reduce the occurrence of interfacial carrier recombination, increase the short-circuit current density, and improve the PCE of the solar cells, the non-toxic EA and IPA two-component anti-solvent were used to achieve the green preparation of the perovskite film. Furthermore, the morphology of the film was controlled by doping carbon quantum dots. The perovskite film was tested by light absorption, XRD, TRPL and IPCE. The results show that the two-component anti-solvent can improve the light absorption of the film and improve the purity of the perovskite film. The addition of carbon quantum dots improves the transport of interface carriers and the short-circuit current density of the solar cells. A PCE of 16.3% is obtained by mixed anti-solvent method, and the PCE of the carbon quantum dots doped device is increased to 18.2%.
