Centrifugal granulation system optimization and experimental study of blast furnace slag

Abstract:In order to realize the self-adaptive centrifugal granulation adaptive regulation control of blast furnace slag, the blast furnace granulation centrifugal granulation adaptive control system used machine vision and image processing technology to realize on-line detection of slag particle size and slag particle size of granulation system. Feedback adjustment, and based on this, three sets of granulation experiments were carried out. The results show that the granulation quality is poor and difficult to control before the slag flow reaches steady state. The unsteady time of the slag flow should be shortened as much as possible. Compared with the granulated slag average diameter obtained by the granulated disk rotation method,the diameterof the adaptive control method is reduced by 20%, the amount of slag cotton formation is reduced by 35%; the granulation disk diameter is 120~160 mm, the comprehensive granulation effect is best; meanwhile, when the granulation disk rotation speed is lower than 1 600 r/min, the slag cotton can be effectively inhibited.
