Abstract:In order to study the clean utilization of coal, multilayer filter cloth was introduced to regulate the pressure drop and fluidization characteristics in gas-solid fluidized bed. The DASP testing system was used to study the variation of bed pressure drop and minimum fluidization velocity. The results show that using of multilayer filter cloth based on typical fluidized bed is helpful to improve fluidization characteristics. The ash content reaches 10.83% separated by gas-solid fluidized bed with multilayer filter cloth. This method promotes the ash removal from fine coal and had important significance for environmental protection.
