Abstract:The hollow pH sensitive P (NIPAm-co-AAc) microspheres were synthesized through free radical polymerization with templates. Then, Coupled the hollow microspheres with the pH oscillation system of BrO3--SO32--H+. The dynamic light scattering system (DLS) and the pH detection system were set up to monitor the oscillation of diameter about the hollow microspheres and the pH of the coupling system. The results showed that the responsive performance of the hollow pH sensitive microspheres were excellent. In the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) , which similar to the biochemical surroundings, the microspheres swelled and contracted accompany with the oscillation of the pH values of the coupling system.
