Optimization of formula of reducing dust foam agent and its application in rock comprehensive heading face

Abstract:In order to improve the dust control efficiency of coal-rock comprehensive heading face effectively, vesicant and wetter were optimized and then mixed auxiliary. Surface tension test, foaming capacity test and corrosive test were implemented for four kinds of formula, then the optimized formula was tried out in coal industry. The resuls show that the comprehensive of the fourth formula (1631+OT-75) is the best, and the dust control efficiency of all dust and respirable dust can reach above 80%, which is 40%higher than that of the ordinary aerosol. Furthermore, the formula is harmless to humans and could be employed long-term.
