New technology of manufacturing bobbin case of sewing machine

Abstract:The use of powder metallurgy injection molding process to produce a new bobbin case of sewing machine was studied, which included 7 processes, such as the preparation of granular material, feed, mold manufacturing, injection molding, degreasing, sintering and quality inspection. Traditional methods included more than 60 processes, such as cutting material, cold forging, stamping, grinding, pulling, drilling, welding, etc. The new technology greatly improves production efficiency. Using the new technology, which enables forming a bobbin case at one time.The production process does not need to be machined, so won't produce chips, and the raw materials can be reused, utilization rate of 100%.
