Anlaysis of research status and focus of pneumatic conveying of particles in pipeline

Abstract:The research of pneumatic conveying technology was classified and summarized according to the theoretical research, the fluid division, the use of new technical means to measure, improving the model, improving the test condition, numerical simulation and so on. The main three research methods were improving experiment, improving model, and numerical simulation. Based on the existing research, the development of pneumatic conveying technology was discussed, it was proposed to visualize the flow state of the gas-solid two-phase flow, to improve the technical difficulties, to find the appropriate auxiliary measurement equipment in obtaining the key parameters of flow conversion, to supplement the experimental data through simulation, to improve the existing empirical formula, to look for differences between experimental data and industrial data and other hot spots.
