Abstract:Woodceramics which was prepared from pine wood powder and liquefied wood as principal raw materials were activated with KOH as activator, and the low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed to survey and observe the effects of activating temperature on the pore structure. The results show that the activating treatment can greatly increase the mesopore and micropore. Its pore structure is a typical H3 type, and most pore diameter distributes in 1.7~2.6 nm, and it still keeps the native pore structure of wood. As the activating temperature raise, the special surface area shows increase at first and then decrease, as well as the pore diameter presents the tendency of decrease at first and then increase. But the activating temperature almost has no effects on the pore diameter of micropore. The special surface area can reach 1 044.0 m2·g-1 as the sample deal with 1 300 ℃ activated temperature and 60 min activated time.
