Microparameter Analysis of Particle Breakage Model Based on Impact Experiment

Abstract:Ore particles were broken in double pendulum hammer impact experiment. The breaking effect of the ore at different impact angles was investigated. Based on numerical simulation technology, a particle breakage model was built. By analyzing and selecting internal bond parameters in the particle breakage model, the breaking effect of the particle breakage model was simulated at different impact angles and the parameter combination which met the consistency between the breaking effect of the model and actual ore was researched. The results show that differences exist in the breaking effect of the ore at different impact angles.The breaking effect of the model and actual ore achieves the same level when the impact angle is less than 35° and greater than 35°. The particle breakage model has correlation and unity with actual ore to a certain extent.
