Abstract：To solve the blocking problem of the blanking tube as powders quantity being too much at a time in powders filling process, and realize the stability and controllability of feeding amount in the process of filling,a stable filling method based on vibration bed was put forward. By the mechanism analysis, the relationship between size and movement speed of aggregate and amplitude and frequency of vibration was analyzed. A feeding capacity model based on the vibrating bed was proposed. The results show that the model can guide and optimize the related parameters settings. The experimental study based on the solving parameters verifies the effectiveness of the model.
