Experimental Research on Predispersion Effect of Turbo Air Classifier

Abstract:To research the effect of distribution plate structure and process parameters on predispersion, based on an O-Sepa level turbo air classifier experiment system, the radial as well as both radial protruding ridge and annular flange distribution plate were selected. Taking the cement raw materials as samples, selecting the distribution plate structure, distribution plate and feeder rotational speed as test factors, and using the particle size composition as evaluation index, an orthogonal test was designed and completed. The predispersion effect was studied through the particle size distribution after experiment, the experimental results were analyzed by the methods of range and variance. The results show that the distribution plate structure of turbo air classifier is the most important factor to affect predispersion effect, and the predispersion effect of annular flange distribution plate is better than that of radial distr ibution plate. The distribution plate and feeder rotational speed have an inapparent influence on predispersion effect, but the infuence of feeder rotational speed is greater.
