Abstract：In order to calibrate the counting efficiency in the whole particle size range of the optical particle counter, two kinds of calibration methods were investigated, such as Optical particle counter(OPC)-condensation particle counter(CPC)-aerosol electrometer(FCAE)step-traceability method and optical microscope counting method. And based on this work, a welltraceability calibration device was finally established. The resules show that the calibration device has well- traceability and can be used to ensure accuracy of metrology technology about to evaluate the counting efficiency of optical particle counter in our country.
