Abstract:For sulfur powder's features of being flammable,explosive and the requirement of it being shattered, research was made on the structure of current impacting grinder of various levels. The discussion and optimization concerning the operating parameters of the system of smashing, classification and collecting, the structure of the equipment the problems of static electricity accumulating and dust exploding in the process of equipment operation were conducted. The industrial test was made on the processed sulfur powder, and the modified impacting grinder of various levels was tested. The results show that when the grinding speed of main engine is 1500 r/min, the classifier speed is 450、600、750 r/min respectively and the velocity of filtering of bag filter is 0.94 m/min, the product particle size d97 of sulfur powder are 107.79、74.21、46.15 μm, the production are3.650、2.802、2.205 t/h and energy consumption is 31.929、43.012、58.095 k W·h/t respectively.
