Abstract:In order to improve the atomization effect of liquid jet,on the basis of mathematical mode that analyzed under the action of charged two phase turbulent flow, the main parameters of electrostatic nozzle(charging voltage and liquid pressure) that affect the optimization ability is optimized by using particle image velocimetry(PIV). The results show that the spray particle size shows obvious change laws of monotone decreasing with the increase of liquid pressure. The droplets atomized particle size in the charging voltage is between 10 to 20 k V. With the increase of charging voltage, atomizing angle shows a trend of decrease after the first increase. Further by factor level comprehensive analysis to determine the liquid pressure of 4 MPa and charging voltage between 10 to 25 k V of electrostatic atomization nozzle atomizing effect is optimum.
