Abstract： Taking the production line of slag powders with annual capacity of 600 kt in a certain company in Shanxi Province as an example, the host equipment type selection, production process design, material balance calculation, particle size distribution， optimization of production process system and requirement of adjusting for process system were analyzed. The results of production practice show that the main process parameters of slag powders production line with annual capacity of 600 kt in the company have reached the design requirements, and the system runs stably.
