Abstract： Graphene oxide was prepared by Hummers method and then graphene was prepared by chemical reduction. The prepared graphene was characterized by SEM, XRD and TG. Epoxy -graphene composite materials were prepared and characterized by mechanical and electrical tests. The results show that the prepared graphene has fewer layers and less thickness with nice thermal stability. The graphene can significantly increase the electrical conductivity and mechanical property of epoxy.
