Abstract: The factors that influenced the performance of gas-solid injector were analyzed by experiment and numerical simulation for the slag pneumatic conveying system of coal-fired power’s boiler. The slag pneumatic conveying experiment were carried out for gas - solid jet injector, the structure size and operating parameters that affected the discharge characteristics were analyzed with data by changing the jet injector’s structure and operating parameters. The experimental results were validated by numerical simulation. The results show that vacuum can be formed in blanking mouth by optimizing the structure size and operating parameters of the jet injector. The blanking becomes more uniform and the feeder runs more reliably.
