Energy-efficient Grinding Technology for Dispersion and De-aggregation of Calcium Carbonate Nano-particles

Abstract: The recent development of energy-efficient grinding technology for dispersion and de-aggregation of calcium carbonate nano-particles was formulated from the aspects of micron grinding system, efficient classification of turbine technology and high efficiency whirlwind milling technology. It was pointed that the optimization and improvement of the existing grinding classification system (such as increasing the loop) should be adopted and the new grinding equipment and new classification equipment should be selected to realize the highly effective dispersion and de-aggregation of calcium carbonate nano-particles. From the viewpoint of technology and economics, choosing the most appropriate measures of dispersion, de-aggregation and grinding technology are the key channels of ene rgy conservation, high yield and good quality for nanometer calcium carbonate industry. It can achieve significant economic and social benefits.
