Abstract: Using superheated steam with temperature of 250 ℃ and inlet pressure of 0.25 MPa supplied by a power plant, ultrafine circulating fluidized bed ashes were prepared by LNSJ-350A type steam jet mill. The results show that the average particle size of the ultrafine circulating fluidized bed ashes is 4.42 μm. The yield of ultrafine circulating fluidized bed ashes is 10.8 t/h. 0.93 t steam is consumed and the electricity consumption is 19.97 kW·h per ton of circulating fluidized bed ashes. The strength and soundness conform to national standard requirements when the products are blended by a mass fraction of 10% for preparing composite Portland cement with the strength grade of 32.5.
