Preparation Technology of Wood-Cu Powders Composite Artificial Lignumvitae

Abstract: To reduce human dependence on resources such as forest, oil and metallic minerals, urban and rural wood waste resources were utilized in developing functional materials from biomass efficiently and cleanly. On the basis of the subject areas and technical principle of “a method for preparing an artificial lignumvitae” and other patents, the key technologies and innovations of the patents were analyzed. The application and development as well as the social and economic benefit were investigated. The results show that natural lignumvitae and metallurgy materials iron, copper based powders can both be partially replaced by the prepared artificial lignumvitae for the preparation of the bearing of the ship stern tube, upscale trim and crafts and sliding bearings of textile, food, pharmaceutical machinery electrical equipments.
