Blending Modes of Multi-flow Gravitational Silo

Abstract: To solve the problems of blending particles having large dust capacity, blending air having large consumption and particles wire drawing for the multi-flow gravitational silo, which were negative for production energy and quality, blending effect of the silo was tested by adding masterbatches. The blending effect reducing blending time was further checked. The two blending modes of blending while feeding and blending after feeding were compared. The results show that the blending cycle time of multi-flow gravitational silo can be optimized. The mode of blending while feeding is more efficient than that of blending after feeding.
