Testing Technology on Agglomeration Coefficient of New Filling Cementous Materials Based on Desulphurization Gypsum

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of loading and unloading for storage materials caused by the agglomeration of desulpurization gypsum and the new filling cementous materials with desulpurization gypsum, or powdery materials of long-time storage, a test device suitable for agglomeration coefficient of powdery materials was designed. The agglomeration situation was tested and evaluated by the agglomerate coefficient of powdery materials. The results show that this method can give the quantitive relation between agglomerate coefficient and density of powdery materials, analyse and evaluate the agglomeration characteristics of them. It is convenient to predict and control the agglomerating phenomenon of powdery materials.
