Abstract:Pure iron powders were recovered from magnetic filter products of cold rolling mill with prepared aqueous-base metal detergent to remove the emulsible oil on powders surface.The results show that mass fractions of detergent components are 0.7% of polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether,0.5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether,0.05% of surface active agent F,2% of Na2SiO3,0.1% of n-butyl alcohol,0.1% of elhylene diamine tetraacetic acid and 96.55% of water.The iron powder products contain iron element with mass fraction of 97.14% after the greasy dirt is cleaned out from magnetic filter products with the detergent.The particle size of the iron powder products is 19.5 nm.
