Abstract:HNbWO6 powders were prepared through a proton exchange of theprecursor α-LiNbWO6,which weresyn the sized by a solid state-reaction method.The micro-structure,morphology and thermal stability were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,TG-DTG and Raman spectroscopy.The results show that the as-prepared HNbWO6 particles have a typical layered structure.The interlayer H+ ions exist in different hydrated forms and have a significant interaction with the laminate.The characteristic diffraction peaks and skeleton vibration for the HNbWO6 change obviously with the removal of the neutral water molecules and crystal water in the interlayer as the temperature increases.
