Abstract：To obtain the particle size distribution function with higher fitting precision,the generalized normal distribution containing a skew coefficient was introduced.Based on the generalized normal distribution,three-parameter particle size distribution functions containing a skew coefficient were built,which were compared with several common functions.The results show that the generalized normal distribution can get higher fitting precision.The particle size range is consistent with the actual situation.The generalized log-normal distribution containing a skew coefficient is a good three-parameter particle size distribution function.
