Abstract：CaWO4 powders and CaWO4 one-dimensional arrays were synthesized by sol-gel method and nano-porous alumina template enhancement.Photol uminescence characteristics of CaWO4 powders and one-dimensional arrays were studied.The results show that the samples are pure calcium tungstate powders.The luminescent spectrum strongest peak of CaWO4powders is broadband spectrum at 410 nm,while that of CaWO4 one-dimensional arrays is at 450 nm.Due to the samples and the template spectrum coupling,the photoluminescence peak has obviously red shift.
