Synthesis of ZrSiO4 Nanometer Powder Under Hydrothermal Conditions

Abstract

The effects of hydrothermal reaction conditions on synthesis

of ZrSiO4 are studied by orthogonal design∙m (Zr)∶m (Si) of the precursors‚reaction temperature‚reaction time and rate of rising temperature are primary factors∙Under the condition of m(Zr)∶m(Si)=1∙2∶1∙0of the precursors‚temperature of 335℃‚time of 4h and rate of 1∙6℃/min‚the ultrafine ZrSiO4 powders are synthesised by hydrothermal method which are wel-l crystallized‚wel-l degree of dispersion and the particle size is less than100nm.
