Abstract
The effects of hydrothermal reaction conditions on synthesis
of ZrSiO4 are studied by orthogonal design∙m (Zr)∶m (Si) of the precursorsreaction temperaturereaction time and rate of rising temperature are primary factors∙Under the condition of m(Zr)∶m(Si)=1∙2∶1∙0of the precursorstemperature of 335℃time of 4h and rate of 1∙6℃/minthe ultrafine ZrSiO4 powders are synthesised by hydrothermal method which are wel-l crystallizedwel-l degree of dispersion and the particle size is less than100nm.
