Abstract

Separator is one of the key components in circulating fluidized bed boiler.T he structure of square cyclone with accelerating inlet can be used the compact design for circulating fluidized bed boiler‚whose performance is quite good.T he structure optimization is investigated in this paper.T he structure parameters have the optimize value.In the optimization case‚the cut size d50 is 25μm‚the critical size d99is 110μm‚and the resistance is about1000Pa.When the cross section shape is octagonthe collection efficiency becomes better.
