Abstract
Nanocrystalline thin film Li,Pbag-;La1TiO₃(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.6)were fabricated on ordinary glass by sol-gel method.The thin films were characterized by differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction. By a.c. impedance analysis, the conductivity of the sample is as high as 2.3×10-³S·cm-'at room temperature.
