Abstract
The effects of the grinding aid triethanolomine on the superfine- grinding process of powdery quartz and the mechanism of the grinding aid in this superfine grinding were studied in this paper. These effects were qualitatively analyzed by particle size distribution, XRD and IR. And the facts accounting for controlling comminution blance, decreasing grinding limit and delaying agglomeration were explained.
