Abstract

Abstract Zn ultrafine particles were prepared by gas- evaporation technique and induction heating method. By using X- ray diffraction analysis(XRD),transsmission electron microscope (TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS)and differential scanning calorimeter, their crystal structure, particle sizeand morphoology, surface state and thermal stability were investigated.
