摘要:阐述了脱硫塔内喷雾雾场研究的必要性,分析了雾场的环境条件,应用夫朗和费衍射原理设计制造了适于大雾场内进行测试的仪器,并叙述了仪器的特点,讨论了雾粒测定仪进入脱硫塔内测试的有关技术问题,文章还介绍了雾粒测定仪在脱硫塔内测试的情况,分析了测试结果。

Abstract:The necessity of research on the centrifugal atomization field in the desulphuriza-tion reaction tower and environment conditjons inside the tower are analyzed in this paper.According to the principle of Fraunhofer diffraction, taking palce when particles go through aparallel light field, we have designed and manufactured a particle size analyzer used to measureparticles in this atomization field
The instrument's characters are given in this paper. For example, self - scanned photodiodearray is used as a photoelectonic sensor;sampled field range can be controlled;it has strong antipol.ution and anti- interference ability;a two level computer system is used to manage and controlthe instrument.
The paper also discusses some technique problems about the instrument working in thetower. They are: to decide measured positions; to determine sample time and sample number; tochoose working conditions of a centrifugal atomizer; to express characteristics of the field in thetower. Finally, the instruments testing circumstances in the tower are described and measurementresults are analyzed.
