摘要: 简单介绍了远红外超细粉末的优异性能及开发应用前景并利用水解法制备了TiO2 纳米粉体,实验结果表明;TiO2 晶体尺寸随着 TiCl4 溶液浓度的提高而增大,且溶液从澄清到再次出现白色沉淀的温度也升高; 初步探讨了保温时间对TiO2晶粒粒径的影响,并确定了实验室制备远红外氧化钵粉体的最佳条件。

Abstract: The excellent performace and the applied foreground offar-infraredradiative parlicles are introduced. The nano-sized TiO2 parlicles are preparedbyhdrolvzalion. Theresultsofexperimentsshowthat thesizeofcrystalline gelsbiggerwith ihe accrelion ofconcentralion of TiCl4 liquor. andihe temperature oflhe liquor is rised with the while deposition appeared from clearofit. The influenceofheat preservalion time tothe size ofcryslalline is studied. The hesl con-ditjons to prepare(ar-infrared radiative TiO2 particles in lab is confirmed.
