纳米锌/聚氯乙烯复合材料的研制和表征

摘要: 采用高能球磨法制备了纳米锌/聚氯乙烯复合材料作为电流变液体的分散颗粒,运用扫描电镜(SFM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪对复合材料的粒径、微观形貌特征和结构进行了分析和探讨,研究结果表明,经过超声振动后复合预粒分布较均匀,100h 球磨后锌粒的粒径大约为 100 nm 左右,呈层片状分布,聚氯乙烯与锌复合后,能够均匀地包覆在锌粒的表面。

Abstract: As the dispersed particles in electrorheological fluids. thenanometer polyvinyl chloride( PVC) /Zn composites are prepared by highenergy hall mill. The diameler of parlicles, microstructure and characteriza-ljon of nanometer PVC/Zn composites are studied by X - ray diffraction(XRD). scanning eleclron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electronmicroscopy (TEM). The results show that diamelerofzinc parlicles are in rangof 100 nm in parallel form, which are even wrapped hy PVC layer.
