纳米锦掺杂二氧化锡水悬浮液性质的研究

摘要:为研制稳定性、分散性良好的纳米锦掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)水悬浮液,研究了纳米 ATO 在水中的稳定、分散行为,讨论了分散剂种类、ATO 用量、pH 值、分散剂用量对体系稳定性,分散性和流变性的影响,采用沉降实验、Zela 电位仪、激光粒度仪、透射电镜等测试方法对纳米 ATO 悬浮液的特性进行表征,实验结果表明,选用静电位阻型分散剂聚乙烯亚胺 (PEI),ATO 用量为8%,分散剂用量 8% ~10%,pH值>4时,7d后悬浮液沉降体积分数小于16%,ATO的平均粒径100nm左右,体系粘度小于2mmPa·s。

Abstract: In order lo prepare nano-sized antimony doped tin oxide(ATO) suspension with low viscosity, good stability and dispersability.the slabilizing and dispersing behaviors of nano-sized ATO particles indeionized waler are studied. The elfecls of lype of dispersanl, amount olATO.pH value and amount of dispersanl on the stability, dispersabiliiyand rheology of nano-sized ATO suspension are discussed. The propertiesof nano-sized ATO suspension are characterized using sedimenlary volumeexperimenl.Zela polential, laser size analyzer and TEM. When 8% ofATO and 8% ~10% of dispersant PEI (polyehyleneimine) are addedand pH value is more than 4, the sedimentary volume is less than 16% .Theaverage sizes of nano-sized ATO particles are 100 nm and the viscosity ofthe suspensjon is less than 2 mPa· s.
