硫化铜纳米粒子的制备研究

摘要:利用直接溶液滴定法和以水玻璃体相制备硫化锡球形纳米粒子和针状粒子.通过扫描电镜、X 射线行射分析了所得样品的形貌和物相,结果表明所制备的硫化锅纳米粒子为球形和针状,其中,球形样品结晶程度低,部分样品被氧化,针状样品为纤锌矿型结构。

Abstract: Two ways of synthesing cadmium sulfide nano-particles are reparted. One way is that Cd(NO3 )2 solution is added in the dropwise way lo thesolution of NarS , the other is that Cd( NO3)2 solution is added in the dropwiseway lo the rigorously-stired solution conlaining NaS and water glass. Themorphology and phase ofcadimum sulfide nano-particles are delected by SEMand X-ray diffraction. The results show ihat the CdS nano-particles arespherical and spinulous respeclively. The spherical parlicles are poor crys-talline with somewhal of oxidalion, and the spinulous particles are wurlzitestructure.
