高炉矿渣微细粉的粉体特性研究

摘要:采用球磨机磨制了比表面积为211-930 m/g的矿渣微细粉体,并对其粉体特性进行了研究,所测性能包括:自然堆积密度振实密度、安息角、粉体单面剪切和粉体的受压应力 -应变性能,并对实验数据进行了数学分析处理 结果表明:矿渣粉体是一种具有粘聚性的库仑粉体,其内摩擦系数和可压缩性高于一般的无机粉体。在矿渣粉磨生产线的设计和生产过程中,应对矿渣粉磨时的粉体解聚、料仓的防拱和容量计算等采取相应的措施。

Abstract: The characteristics ol the ground-granulaled blast furnace slag(GCBFS) parlirles are sludied. The particles are perpared with a slandar!p500mm x 500nun ball mill. The Blaine specific surface area of the ground products ranges from 211 t930 m2/kg. The nalural packing density . packingdensity a/ler yerlical vibralion , stopping angle , single-[ace shear siress undercompression and the relationship hetween compreasion stress and compressionralio are measured. The experimental data are analyzed wilh the curvilinearregression method. The resulls show thal the GCBFS powder is a lypiralcoulomb powder with higher cohesion and compressibility in comparison toolher ordinary inorganic powders and special concerns should be taken in thedesign and construction ofthe GCBFS produclion line in orrler to prevent ag-glomeration ofthe GCBFS in grinding process and forming blocks in pipes andsilos.
